Getting Started
After selecting Cherokee Basements and Remodeling LLC as your contractor, we will meet again to finalize your project details, schedule a project start and end date, review payment schedules and sign a contract together. This is our agreement to complete a quality job in a specified time frame as well as your agreement for timely payment for services. A typical project payment schedule is four or five payments during the construction process. Usually, a basement can be finished in six to twelve weeks. Kitchens and bathrooms are usually three to five weeks depending on the scope of the project. Custom items may lengthen the completion time a bit yet clients agree that it's worth the wait.
We will happily address any question you may have at any time regarding your project, work order changes, payments, etc. Solid communication with our clients is essential to achieve a superior finished project as well as generating future business through amazing referrals.
Upon completion of your project, we will request a walk through of the area(s) with you. Any items needing attention will be completed before the final payment is requested. Rest assured that we won't leave you hanging after the last payment! All of our services are guaranteed for one full year. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. |
